Road Closures

Important Road Closure Information

Sonoma VITA will have street closure impacts between Friday October 5th and Sunday October 7th. Below is information about each day of closures, when those closures take place, which streets are closed, and which streets will remain open. This information is provided to make sure you understand how you can get around downtown Santa Rosa during Sonoma VITA.

Parking will NOT be available on the roads/streets closed for the duration of the event. See details below.

FRI OCT 5 @ 3pm - SUN OCT 7 @ 9pm

This closure includes 4th Street between B and D, and Mendocino Avenue between 4th and 5th. This closure is in effect throughout the entirety of Sonoma VITA.

Friday October 5

------ CLOSED ------ ONE WAY ------ OPEN

Saturday OCT 6 @ 8am - 9pm

This closure will be in effect during the Sonoma VITA gran fondo and music, beer and wine festival.

  • CLOSED: 4th between B and D
  • CLOSED: Mendocino between 4th and 5th
  • CLOSED: Santa Rosa Avenue from Sonoma Avenue to 1st
  • NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC ONLY: D from 3rd to 4th
  • SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC ONLY: D from 1st to 3rd
  • WESTBOUND TRAFFIC ONLY: 1st between Santa Rosa Avenue and D

Saturday October 6

------ CLOSED ------ ONE WAY ------ OPEN

Sunday OCT 7 @ 8am - SUN OCT 7 @ 12pm

This closure will be in effect during the Sonoma VITA downtown mile run event and includes the following impacts:

  • CLOSED: 4th between B and D
  • CLOSED: Mendocino between 4th and 5th
  • NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC ONLY: D between 3rd and 4th

Sunday October 7
